I see the Dompost continues to bray like a donkey trapped in a port-a-loo over et al’s lack of cooperation in providing its journalists interviews on the work at the Venice Biennale. If anything it proves how unprofessional your reporters are. All they want to do is sit back and receive press releases and attend show-piece news conferences to avoid having to do any real investigative journalism. In my view et al’s approach has been hugely successful even without liking the art work itself. Et al has generated significant coverage for art in your paper alone and your recent “give us your views” request has got many people thinking and talking about art. If you want the story about et al then I suggest your reporters get out of their chairs earn their money and do some real investigative reporting.
