The Rename
The best little bulk file renaming utility I have found. If you have "thousands" of photos, image files or music files and you want to rename them all with sequential numbers or change the meta tag information then this will do it. It can take a bit of effort to learn to use it but it is well worth the effort. It has an excellent supporting website and its freeware. What's more it behaves nicely on the system without causing any problems or conflicts.

For capturing screen shots in any variation you may want.  A indispensable tool if you are writing manuals or including web content in documents. There is a low purchase prices for this valuable tool and it's worth every cent.
