Tinker . . .Died 24 July 2006; peacefully and at rest after a illness over the previous six weeks from cancer. Tinker was 17.5 years and had enjoyed every moment. Tinker was plucked from from the alley way behind the Wellington Working Men's Club by my father. She put up a fight and drew blood. She never have gotten past my street fighting days and was always suspicious of everyone. Tinker never let my guard down and just when you think she purring and happy I'll have a good hiss to lull you out of your complacency. Her role model is Horse from Footrot flats. Someone she can respect and someone she had always tried to emulate. Fiercely independent and direct. Remember dogs may have masters but cats have staff.
